The transition to digital waste management doesn’t have to be radical. It needs to be the right fit. The entry-level phase establishes all the technical requirements for the efficient operation of a recycling centre without turning the usual workflow upside down.
Residents can use their digital access credentials from day one, even in conventional, staff-operated facilities. Entrances and exits are controlled digitally, processes are optimised, and waiting times are reduced. And where appropriate, the recycling centre can be specifically enabled for autonomous use at this stage, for example to manage peak and high-demand periods. Your individual fee schedules are stored within the system, ensuring legally compliant billing from the outset.

This upgrade seamlessly integrates staffed and autonomous operations. Citizens’ payments are recorded without omission in both modes and held in reserve for settlement. Reliable, transparent and delivering greater efficiency for citizens and staff.
Fully automated self-service stations take control in autonomous mode, supplemented where necessary by a trust-based payment system. Access is convenient via card or app. All processes begin with a single identification step. Billing is cashless: via a fee notice or a digital customer account. For citizens, this means maximum convenience; for local authorities, a significantly reduced administrative burden.
