We introduce ourselves
Wiegon is a waste management expert group with headquarters in Landeck, Tyrol. It combines the expertise of the companies Büro Maisengasse OG (Design & Digitalisierung), ematric systems GmbH (Automatisierung) and Sawa Tec GmbH (environmental technology). Our goal is to digitalise municipal recycling centers and thereby increase the recycling rate and service for communities, employees and residents. We designed the most modern recycling center in Europe for Ischgl community in Tyrol and implemented it in autumn 2022. It is fully digitalised and allows residents to drop off their recyclables autonomously 24/7. We have already digitalised numerous other recycling centers in Tyrol and Vorarlberg.
Wiegon as a Swiss army knife
Our system is like a Swiss army knife. It allows existing recycling centers to be gradually converted into fully digitalised control centers. With our group we can fully support our customers from analysis and technical planning to the implementation and maintenance of their projects.
